Noun: A person under the transgender umbrella who feels most comfortable in the gender neutral spectrum, may or may not involve physical body modification.

Transneutral is sometimes shortened to "TransNeu". In regards to physical body modification transition (via hormones, surgeries, etc.), one might use "FtN (Female to Neutral or Neutrois)" or "MtN" (Male to Neutral or Neutrois). A TransNeu person may also say they are transmasc/transfemme or androgynous. It all depends on the individual.
